Hello, I recently had a HD failure and I lost all of my save data. I had to reinstall a fresh windows 10, Uplay and Wildlands download onto my SSD. I tried to play and I keep getting the "failed to sync cloud save" error. Is there a fix or workaround to this issue? Or is my data just gone?
Hey Obeast44! Please double check that cloud sync is on. If that doesn't help, please try these Uplay connection steps to make sure nothing is blocking the connection from Uplay. If nothing else helps, please create a ticket with MSINFO, DXDIAG files and a screenshot of your forwarded ports so we can look into this with you.
