    Over a month and credits not showing up

    Its been a month now since I bought the $20 and I submitted a ticket on the third of this month but almost another week later I have heard nothing from support. I don't know what to do by this point but I shouldn't have to wait a month for credits to show up in my account.

    instead of create or update the case use chat, they must fix the issue asap Support , remember use Chat
