Dakar leg 1 rewards
Anyone else not receive the rewards from leg 1? I have contacted support a couple of times and still haven't received them. Here's the latest support message I sent:
"I received my rewards from leg 2, but still haven't received the rewards from leg 1. I have been playing this game since the day of release and I think it's more than a little frustrating how often I have had to contact support just to receive the rewards that were promised for events and end of bunker seasons. I have also had gems mysteriously disappear from my account and never got anything back from support except "we've forwarded to the dev team," which is less than useless. There was a while there where I would just expect to have to contact support in order to receive what I had earned. The problems have become less frequent, but over the course of time, it also seems that the support team has become less and less helpful. Early on, when there was a problem, the support team was usually very helpful and would try to get me event rewards in a timely manner. Now when there's a problem, I just get the message that my issue was forwarded to the dev team, and I am still left without the items. I'm not asking for special favors. I placed in the top 1% and I would like the rewards that were PROMISED for that achievement. Please do whatever is necessary to give me the gems and track pieces that I earned."
Here's all I got from them so far:

I understand this can be a very frustrating issue to experience in the game. This issue has been forwarded up to the development team for further review.

Am I the only one having issues?

You are not the only one. I have the same issue and no reply for ticket.
