Help! The game won't stop rewarding me | Forums

Last night, my friend and I stumbled upon the new predator challenge. Naturally, we attempted it several times, failing horribly until finally we beat it. We were rewarded with 7500 of every resource and 7500 experience. Ever since then, periodically every few minutes we both receive the 7500 resources and XP again and again.
It was funny at first, but we don't want to ruin the experience of working for our progression, and would like it to stop.
We have tried restarting the game, switching to the expansions and back, restarting the computer, to no effect.
We can't make the game stop rewarding us.
Please make it stop.

Fortunately, soon after posting this, I was able to solve the issue. Creating a new character on a separate save slot, playing the game on that character for 30 seconds or so then switching back to the main character, seems to have stopped the constant rewards. I will try to get my friend to record his before fixing it when he comes on next.

just check and isn't fixed but does something that wasn't doing before, once you close the game you get this...

An update to the EAC issue:

The recommendation is a simple reboot of the PC to resolve the issue.

Additional information on the EAC’s website also recommends going through the EAC setup again before opening other programs.

ok , i did as you ask, i open the game and is the same rewards process, when i close the game i get the error again, re open the game "without" restarting the PC" the reward process and error stop, close the game, restart PC, start the game and we back to square 1, rewards and error still showing up, thanks for your time.

PS: i can play the game without issues, the problem occur just at the beginning (if you wait 2 min is gone) and at the end, also don't care because i done playing, once again thanks
