Can't submit ticket
I have tried multiple times to open a trouble ticket in the game. I get a message saying something like "connection error try again later".

Thanks for the report, Xairman09! I'll look into this issue. In the meantime, you should be able to submit a ticket outside of the game by contacting Ubisoft customer support at: http://support.ubi.com.

I have that problem aswell. But even if you do nothing will be done.. Ubidomz you might try your best but honnestly... I still see all the same hackers I reported and nothing has been done. Rick and rollsbane is a joke and does not work. Instead of banning the people who mention cheaters in the forum you should ban the cheaters. You guys rather ban honnest legit players than a hacker. I also came across a level 14 hacker yesterday ... he had the weird name thing going. I have reported someone with a weird different name before and it seems like all of them hack. Time to apologise and aknowledge your mistakes. This is very bad management. If rick and rollsbane worked... why do i meet a level 14 cheater may I ask?! Seems to be not working at all. I come across more and more hackers lately. And more of them are less creative and bland. They simply spam a lot of troops.. I used to meet many more creative hackers... This is a sign that they are free to do whatever they want an there is nothing done against them. Since people cant even report anymore, not that they do since the process takes waay to long. Also after reporting over 200 of them... no reward at all. Simply doing your job that you fail to perform yourself. And that irritates me endlesly so i quit reporting them.
You owe the whole legit community an enormous apology... and the people reporting doing your work even more.
