    Stuttering In-Game When Moving Camera

    Basically anytime I move the camera in any direction I see intense stuttering, this also affected me in the previous patch so the game is unplayable still. Anyone else experiencing stuttering in game?

    Since you didn't say what platform, I assume its a PC. XBOX One S or X, normally wouldn't have this problem. Neither would a PS4. If its a PC, either its a CPU speed problem(slow CPU), GPU problem(slow graphics card) or a memory problem(I.E. not enough memory). If those meet the game requirements, you could also have a bad registry, with a lot of orphans making the computer really slow. You could also have a lot of background programs loading during boot, which is decreasing your available memory. You can see those to the right of the taskbar. A badly fragmented hard drive could also cause that problem. Malware or viruses might cause this problem too. You might want to optimize your system performance for best performance instead of best desktop appearance. Some virus programs which are constantly scanning the system for viruses might also cause this problem. A good indicator might be if your CPU is working too hard at idle.
    Without knowing your system specs, it hard to diagnose the problem. But, it seems like its personal issue, since few people complain about it. You might try running a program which checks your Frame Rate Per Second(FPS), or try to optimize your system with the suggestions that I have made to you.

    I can see that you play on PC. For performance issues, please try the following steps. You could also try verifying your game files (Depending if you purchased the game through Steam or Uplay).
    If you're still experiencing stuttering issues, please make a ticket with your msinfo and dxdiag files attached. Thanks!

    Sadly, the game is riddled with stuttering due to well known issues. (Won't get into it specifically, but theres a sticky post on the matter.)

    If your PC runs is way above recommended specs and it still does it no matter the resolution, and its just ubisoft titles that do this, it is not your pc that is the issue.

    Yes, I think so too. My pc has no reason to stutter at all. Yet, it does, sometimes horribly.

    I dont believe the problem is with my pc either, I have easily 15 other games downloaded on the same ssd and none of them have a stuttering problem. Im running a i5-6600k with a 480x 8gb, 16 gb ram, windows 10 and everying else pretty standard. I can pretty easily run the game at around 60 fps, however whenever I use my native resolution of 21:9 my game suffers intense stuttering.

    I have easily 15 other games downloaded on the same ssd and none of them have a stuttering problem. Im running a i5-6600k with a 480x 8gb, 16 gb ram, windows 10 and everying else pretty standard. My pc is really well maintained and I do most of the stuff you listed, I also checked the backgroud programs, boot programs, ect. and everying checks out. Im confident in saying my pc is not the problem. And i've looked around and it does seem to be and issue. I can pretty easily run the game at around 60 fps, however whenever I use my native resolution of 21:9 my game suffers intense stuttering. I told support all this information over a month ago in a ticket and they have yet to do anything other then reply once.

    ^^^^^^ True that man, Ubisoft Customer support if just a giant middle finger in the face of their customers. This will be the last Ubisoft game I will ever spend money on.
