    07.01.2018 connection issues

    Game can't connect to a server with 3-2147221502 error message, Also yesterday 06/01/2018 i can not find any games, but have acces to main menu and was possible to play with friends in custom lobby. There is no official annoncements about any issues, whats going on ? I have inernet connection e.t.c..

    Hey dimQ.!

    The team is aware of players having issues connecting to the servers. They are going to be doing an emergency maintenance for PC to try and resolve this issue for players. Please feel free to click here to see more information!

    Has there been anything done for the console players? Or are they working on that right now as well? We are having connection issues as well

    Are you on PS4? I wonder if you had your Rank reset? my Rank was reset last night, just as the servers started being janky.

    Yes im on ps4 my ranks has not been reset though just having difficulties getting through the title screen

    Well that's weird. My Rank was reset a couple hours after I ate a 1 hour Ranked penalty for abandoning a tournament where I was going up against a lagswitcher whom I had previously blocked on PSN.

    So upon being issued 1 hour Ranked penalties, we get our Ranks wiped? I'm hoping Ubisoft will respond and assist in this. Thanks for your reply.

    I just turned on, Rank is back up exactly as it was, and I'm able to access the game and the multiplayer screen. Guess it was simply a server issue. Thankfully nothing wrong with our accounts.

    I hope it gets sorted out on your end as well.
