Haven't I been saying this for the last two weeks non stop? You have gearsets that grant huge amounts of DPS for investing into STAMINA and then you give them a skill that performs as well as it does on a 400K skill power Tactician build without the need for any investment in electronics and then you give it the range of a Firecrest turret.
What does anyone expect to happen?

Like a property of characters that only allows them to be stunned every X amount of seconds, that makes it pointless to have 16 shock turrets, whilst retaining low electronics investment skill options so that this remains a game with guns and abilities and not a game with only guns or only abilities.
