My nick is CustomaryHalfling643 on Android, and I'm stuck at rank 20 being a level 7... I'm losing 9/10 battles and this is getting very tedious and not fun at all. At least I want a refund of the money I spent. Thank you.

Ask who you purchased it from (apple store,google play, etc.) They should promptly give you a refund due to the amount of cheating and everything else wrong with the game. It hasn't been fixed in over 6 months, the reviews state it so shouldn't have any issue.
