Hi,

I have a bug to report and want help to fix it for my account as well. The issue I am experiencing is the rewards from duel tournaments. I have now gotten 16 tournament ornaments none of which is for Peacekeeper. Now in season 3, it was set to random in which it is just extremely bad luck to not get it. However, according to Ubisoft the Warriors Den they have said you will now receive the ornament of which character you played last. Furthermore, you will receive both the season 3 and 4 ornaments if you have neither.

Now my issue is that I`ve done and won several tournaments now in season 4 with Peacekeeper and I`ve even gotten the new ornament for Peacekeeper and the tournaments I won after have been random ornament reward. As for the Leaf Crown that is a season 3 reward, it is locked and I still can`t get it. Hope you can look into this and fix the bug I`m experiencing, as per Ubisoft statement and knowledge from other players, it should be guaranteed when I win with said character.

Anyone that plays pk in duel tournament should get Bunny earS attached to all his characters so everyone Knows he is a *****

But, if they just give it to me I`ll stop playing PK there and probably the tournaments all together, as I soon am ranked and woun`t find any anymore.


I just hope they replay and can say if this is a known issue that happens to a lot of people or if they can give me notice that they will look into it and solve my issue at least.

And futher more if you make an argument that one character shouldnt be in a duel tournament then you might as well make one that none of the characters should be in a dual tournament because they all have faults. Except for warden

And to the other guy ive been having the same issues as you have getting stuff for every other character but the one i play

I dont really like them either but i wont knock them for using it especially it its the games fault for how unblockable the zone attack can be just wait till dedicated servers though and then see how they are

The team is investigating the issue with missing tournament rewards - thanks for reporting this to us!

BTW, I also took the comment about PKs to be a joke. Let's not escalate things further.

What should I do? Must I farm all the S4 ornaments in order for a maybe on me getting the ornament for S3 PK or can I rely on that it will be fixed for me as I´ve done several more than I should have too already? The only reason I found Dual tournaments interesting was that one ornament.

I have a similar problem where im trying to get a color scheme for warden and the tourney has stopped giving me warden rewards. I've won a couple of finals without getting any rewards for the class i played with in the final.

To be more precise, if it helps identifying the issue, i was looking going for the Winter King colors, i have both Warden Ornaments already and a lot(if not all) of the low tier rewards, it just refuses to give me color schemes.
