Posting for a friend I game with regularly, not having these issue on my own system or others in our group...
Recently bought GRW to play online co-op and 4v4 pvp. He gets a NAT STATUS = OFFLINE and cannot connect to any of us. We have tried all sorts of solutions posted in forums and many others. Only workaround he has found so far is to hook his PC up directly to his cable modem, and bypass his CISCO LINK EA3500 completely. This is not a long term solution as others in his house cannot use the internet when he does this. He plays various other games with no connectivity issues, Destiny 2, Counterstrike, PUBG, COD WWII, etc.
We have tried the following but he continues to have issues with GRW exclusively....
Port Forwarding
DMZ via MAC address of his NIC
HOSTS file replacement
Reinstalled game completely
Deleted and reinstalled NIC drivers
Looked for a router firmware update
Factory reset his router
tested with a wireless NIC versus his Ethernet adapter
Anything else any of you might recommend here?

Hey PainStryker! One thing I can recommend for your friend to try would be these steps. Should this not work for your friend, you can also try using a Public DNS to see if that works.

We did try the ipconfig /flushdns previously, I just forgot to note it previously. We had also get the IPv4 Google Public DNS settings previously, but also set the IPv6 setting this evening as well with no luck. Still not working for him.

i had this problem before when was playing wireless, lost connection and that kind of stuff, had to buy a wireless router, plug wireless router into the modem and the pc direct to one of the ports of the wireless router (otherwise, same as your friend, nobody else have internet), after that never again lose connection, hope that helps.
