    How to fix error "Untrusted system file"

    I just bougth For Honor in my PC and when i launched it pops out the message "Untrusted system file (c;Windows\system32\nvd3dumx.dll)
    And that file is neccesary to launch games

    I'm not familiar with this specific file, but from a quick glance online it seems to be related to your video card. Have you tried installing the latest drivers for your the card you're using? We have a FAQ posted that covers some EAC error messages, you can find "untrusted system file" listed there along with some steps (link below). Take a look and let us know if this helps at all.

    Follow the below given fixes to get rid of "untrusted system file"

    • First verify Integrity of game cache

    • Erase local content and re-install

    • Run regsvr32 /i file_name.dll, regsvr32 /u file_name.dll, during error runtime

    • Re-install $/steamapps/common/squad/squad_launcher.exe -> properties -> digital signature -> view certificate -> install certificate

    • Download replace DXGIDebug.dll and placed in $/Windows/Syswow64/

    • Update DirectX End User Runtime
