Since the new year passed (approximately 3 days ago) the pop up for Big Offers doesn't appear, it's normally on the right up corner above Cartman's House.

Maybe there aren't any available at the moment, but since I started playing 2 month ago thre were always one available.

So that's why I'm worried if something is not right with my game
