Ghost War, regularly hangs during the start of a match -> records me for a penality | Forums

Hello all,

it happens regularly that in a 4v4 match in Ghost War at the very start of the match before entering the arena the application just hangs in the loading loop. For my player the loading icon just continues to show loading. When I stay in the game at some point the match starts for the other players (I know from a team mate) and the only way for me to get out of this hanging loop is to kill the application and start from scratch. In addition this "hard kill" of the application records me for a penalty, because of leaving a match.

I have noticed this problem on two different computers, one with Windows 8.1 and the other with Windows 10. In addition it happens regularly that other players seem to hang and then quit the game, while the players have played very well and we're on the way to winning, e.g. I guess for them the problem is similar.

I've searched this forum for similar descriptions, but couldn't find one. Is this a known problem? Is there a different forum for Ghost War?

It happens per hour roughly once. What can I do about it? It has nothing to do with connectivity. Internet as measured by ping is fine.
