SPASTIC Controls
I have a Google Pixel 2 XL. Recently I've had an issue with this game's controls. The leaning will spaz out if I take my left thumb off the screen at all. As long as my thumb stays on the screen it's OK but as soon as my thumb comes off there is a high chance that when I put my thumb back down the left and right will alternate frame by frame and my player will lean forward and screw up my run. I'm about to quit playing because I've burned so many tickets due to this issue.
Note: I've tried repositioning my controls all over the place and flipping my screen upside down. Nothing works and it seems to only affect the leaning.

You should've got the Google XL 2 instead of the 2 XL...they say the screen of the 2 XL sucks and it has some screen burns.

I have similar problems with my HTC One M8, but only in the bunker, at the midnight challenge and at an event when driving against ghosts.
The leaning controls work perfectly for the first five seconds. Then the bike leans forward and crashes. The controls only react normally again after I have pressed them several times (or the ghosts are over the finish line). Gas and brake always work.
On the other hand, if I'm driving against a self-downloaded ghost on the world map, I don't have this problem!
In multiplayer races, it feels like the control commands are sent over the Internet to the server and back to the device...
With my almost identical HTC One M8s I don't have this problem with the controls. However, with this device I have lag and speedup and slowdown problems because of the weak GPU.
Very frustrating.

Jeez I just responded to a fella saying i didn't think many players experience this lol, but I was wrong. This garbage happens to me all the time. And only ever happens when I've just used a ticket on the run hahaha. Not sure about how much the device contributes I will just defer to you guys in that. Because it doesn't happen on anything I do except for trials frontier.
