R6 credits not received | Forums

I bought credits on the Dec 26th, it is now Jan 1 and I have still yet to receive the credits I purchased for about $37. Usually when I buy credits they are there within minutes so when they weren’t I put in a support ticket the same day I bought them and still haven’t even gotten a response or anything. I even included a screenshot of my transaction receipt.

I paid 20 dollars for r6 credits on the 26th of December. It’s now January 5th and I have yet to receive my credits or any word on how I can get my credits. I’m trying to be patient but it’s frustrating when I send in multiple messages and receive no response. I am just perplexed.

I too purchased R6 Credits on the 26th of December, however I never received them in my game. I submitted a case but am still having trouble with the issue. I have a picture of my transaction history that shows I made the purchase. Thank You
