Well we can easily send taunts etc from the menu during the matches.
PUT A REPORT BUTTON IN THE MATCH TOO SO WE CAN EASILY JUST CLICK TO REPORT SUSPECTED CHEATING.
In fact I like the system they use in TOS with cheat reports being judged by the community. Reports are made directly from in match and community judges (who are themselves reviewed to check they are doing job correctly) vote on whether there was a violation. Takes a lot of work away from the devs/support but still allows cheaters to be identified and banned.
Just to add to the above (as I can't see a way to edit it), these are the benefits of what I'm suggesting:
* Easy reporting mechanism for players.
* Match is automatically flagged/recorded on report, allowing review of the cheating accusation much easier.
* Only matches where the majority of community judges agree that this was cheating are then passed up to support to address. Those which are voted on as not cheating do not take up time for support.
I personally have over 50 screenshots of cheaters I've come across in last week.this is ridiculous! Working on a solution you say..... until you do figure a solution why don't you physically play your product until a solution is found and start finding them. You reporting process is flawed.put up a news feed on the game that your team is actively playing the game in search of cheaters and those pepole will be banned.ive put over a hundred dollars in your product and right now I feel ripped off. And please if u do respond. Don't give me some copy and paste responsesOriginally Posted by UbiDomZ Go to original post
*Names Removed*. I have video of all them but your reporting system doesn't allow me to send even 1 video file to large and only allows for 6 pictures at a time... been cheated on alot in this game and dont think i should have to spend hours of my time reporting them. I play a hour a day just to collect my 3 wins. And been cheated on this many times in 4 days! Imagine how many you would catch if u played your own product for a week.you already mentioned 3 other admins that's 4 of you. Hundreds would be gone in a day! No joke. I'm not sure you grasp how many there are. They are not just cheating us honest players but stealing money from your pocket. I know you guys have seen a decrease in sales.....this is why. Put a notice on the in-game news feed that you are coming for them. And play your product until a solution is found!Originally Posted by Ryaren69 Go to original post
Moderator Note: Names Removed
Are mods even looking in this thread anymore? Names aren't being removed now which suggests not... And kinda makes it pointless sending suggestions like I did previously.
Anyways I like the comment above about the wasted time - same for me when the cheaters are rife it does take about 1hr to get 3 pvp victories. As time is a currency (it has value and we can't get it back), if Ubisoft are not getting rid of the cheaters how do they intend to compensate all the non-cheaters for our hours and hours of wasted time?
Also I've noticed this mainly happens for me around 6am when I get up, this is the time almost everybody I play against is cheating. Now that's 10pm on the west coast of the US and early afternoon in Asia, which suggests most of the cheaters are from one or both of the Americas and/or Asia. So if you're not going to do anything else put those two regions on their own servers so they can all cheat each other, and put the rest of us on a different server.
Due to the continued breaking of forum rules I will be closing this thread. I understand your frustrations with cheaters in game however as has been mentioned multiple times, posting the name of a player is against our forum rules.
There is a couple of ways you can report a player. You can use the reporting feature in-game, or reach out to Ubisoft support directly at http://support.ubi.com/.
Please do not post player names in the forums, as this violates the Ubisoft forum rules.
