Hello everyone! I flagged these users for investigation, and they will be permanently banned from the game if we determine that they were cheating. If you have any further reports, please report them directly to an official Ubisoft representative or forum moderator (UbiDomZ, ItsJustBuck, or ThatDarnSteve.) You can also use the reporting feature in-game, or reach out to Ubisoft support directly at http://support.ubi.com/. Please do not post player names in the forums, as this violates the Ubisoft forum rules. Posts containing usernames of suspected cheaters will be edited or deleted.

We are actively working to improve our anti-cheat to stay ahead of potential cheaters, and we appreciate player reports and patience! We will continue to make strides in this area until the problem is completely resolved.

If we can report cheaters to you that a huge step in the right direction, but let me lay out the process for in game reporting that discourages reporting at every step.

1. Having to re-login every time you want to report someone which is happens so often that it's a pain.
2. Having to remember the guy/girl's name/handle
3. Allowing characters that aren't even in the phone keyboard
4. Allowing non english keyboard characters, one example, a person's name that was all in japanese characters
5. Getting a follow up email 2 days later asking for the person's name again, photos, and a description of the hack
6. Included in the follow up email is "if we don't hear from you we'll consider the case resolved.
7. How many hundreds or thousands of times am I going to have to report and not even make a dent? There has to be some kind of automation that can detect the speed/energy hack

This process is BUILT to discourage reporting and create all of the hurdles for the person that is trying to play straight.

The cheating really has gotten out of hand. I had one guy play two man bear pigs in a row plus a bunch of other characters. It seems almost impossible to rank up at this point because of people pulling this crap. I didn't even found out until recently that you can cheat, and I was pulling my hair out wondering why so many people could many to get so many cards out so quickly.

I've dropped 4 pvp ranks today. So irritated. When I get a fair match (win or lose), I am in shock.
