    freezes then crashes

this problem still continues and ive done every single troubleshooting ubisoft has recommended. at this point I might as well factory reset my computer and see if that works. please fix this problem ubi, the game is unplayable in this state considering I can't go 3-4 minutes into a match without crashing,

    Having the same issue myself....

Ill join in here having the same issue game ran fine for 2 days now the last couple while attempting to play getting random freezes in game and either crashing out (while playing with others) or freezing for 20 seconds or so and coming back to the game (playing Solo). Turned graphics settings to lowest possible, still freezes. Set Region to closest to me, no change. My Set up below:

Asus X99A motherboard with Intel Core I7-5820K
    16 GB Ram
    EVGA 750TI

    having the same exact issue...

Since this season started this has been absolutely unmerciful. it is costing me ranked matches. the game will just inexplicably freeze and force me to have to end via task manager and relaunch.

    specs:
    CPU: Intel Core i7 7700k
    RAM:G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GVKB
MOBO: ASUS ROG STRIX H270F GAMING LGA1151 DDR4 DP HDMI DVI M.2 ATX Motherboard with USB 3.1
    GPU: EVGA NVIDIA GTX 1070

please UBI... there has to be a solution for this....

    I have the fix

    I have a fix/work around.

I worked closely with the developers to debug this issue. The fix is the following and most people won't like it.

TURN ALL GRAPHIC PRESETS TO LOW.

Seriously that is the fix. I have a RTX 2070 card and for some reason, the game does not like that card. If you turn all graphics to low it will not crash.

If the game does crash on low. Then you would need to completely re-install C++ drivers and update to latest graphic drivers. Same for windows. You must update to latest version to fix
