Rainbow six siege freeze-crashes in mid game

Hi guys, a serious and annoying problem here, whenever im in game while playing ranked/casual i often get freeze-crash without any errors or explanation why, Tryed lots of methods from disabling all services and leaving only steam and battleye on to reinstalling windows 10... it keeps crashings :/

Also noticed it all started from white noise patch, before the patch the game was running perfectly at high fps rate
Does any1 know whats the problem here ? And how i should fix it ? Ill leave my pc specs down below also the methods ive tryed to fix the problem with (by the way my windows 10 is fresh, i did not download anything else besides Steam, steamed games and windows 10 updates.)

    PC SPEC

    GPU
    - Asus Expedition GTX 1050Ti 4GB OC (Currently running stock GPU tweaker 2 OC mode)
    CPU
    - AMD Ryzen5 1400 3.2Ghz (OC 3.8Ghz) (Currently running the stock version with no OC)
    MB
    - AB350M Pro4
    RAM
    - Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3x4GB 2400Mhz OC (Currently running the stock version with no OC)
    HDD
    - Hitachi 1TB 7200RPM
    PSU
    - Chieftec GPS 600A8 600w

    Methods ive tryed

Running Uplay launcher as an administrator (doesnt launch R6S for some reason)
Running compatibility mode on R6 (W8 and W7) Didnt fix the issue
Validating game files trough steam (did not help)
Reinstalling whole game and uplay, deleting user files (did not help)
Disabling Services from MSCONFIG and left only battleye and steam services running besides Microsoft services (did not help)
Reinstalling windows 10 (suprising that did not help aswell..)

i think i covered all the methods ive tryed, give me suggestions what to do, ill keep the list updated (ubisoft support doesnt even respond to the ticked xD had to contact them myself...)

Hey there @KryptoXas. So it does look like you've covered quite a bit of troubleshooting on your own, but we have some additional suggestions that may be helpful. You did reinstall Windows but you'll want to make sure that all of your drivers are also updated to the latest version as well. Since you did verify the game files in Steam, you'll now want to verify the game files in Uplay PC as well. Then, perform as many of these troubleshooting steps as you can (ruling out the things you've already done). If none of these suggestions alleviate what you're experiencing, create a case with our Support team and submit your system files to us so that we can determine the root of the problem and share additional instruction from there.

Disable SMT in BIOS and you should be good to go. I'm still not sure if it's a ubisoft or amd fault but disabling SMT fixes the problem.

to be honest i would put the blame on ubi since they just say same things over and over which never helps.. i have a support ticket that is now idle for 4 days without any response from support, and theyre asking me to submit a new one xD clearly they dont read anything what i just wrote, but yeah ill try SMT i hope so it wont drop many frames from the game ^^

Okay update of the methods list (Uplay edition)

Check if your system meets the specifications required for the game
The easiest way to do this is to search our support site for the game's system requirements and to compare them to your system's specifications. If your system does not meet the requirements, this will most likely be the cause for any performance issues, black screens or crashes on launch that you may be experiencing. (yes ofcourse its meeting the requirements my pc specs are described..)

Try to run the game with administrator rights
To find out how to do that, check our DEDICATED FAQ. (the game doesnt start, and yes i did try it before you even asked)

    Update your video card drivers
If your issue is related to graphics performance, try updating your video card drivers. You can download the newest driver from the manufacturer's website:
    AMD
NVIDIA - Once your download is over, please perform a CLEAN INSTALLATION OF YOUR DRIVERS. (yes.. i did that aswell before you even mentioned graphics..)

    Verify your game files
It is possible that the installation of your game is faulty. To fix this, VERIFY YOUR GAME FILES IN UPLAY. If you use Steam, you can find instructions on the STEAM KNOWLEDGE BASE. (do i need to say that ive done that many times before ?)

    Disable background applications
To find out if a software conflict is causing issues with your game, try to DISABLE YOUR BACKGROUND APPLICATIONS. (clean windows.. what could run in the background ?)

Make sure your operating system is up to date
Check for Windows updates and install any updates that are pending. You can find out all details in this OFFICIAL MICROSOFT ARTICLE. (the next day i had all updates up in my pc.. guess what.. yes doesnt work..)

    Update Uplay PC
To do that, UNINSTALL UPLAY and download the newest version of Uplay from the OFFICIAL WEBSITE. (shouldnt uplay pc check for updates ?)

    Reinstall supporting software
Most games rely on supporting software provided by the operating system, such as the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package. Try reinstalling this software to make sure it functions correctly. To find out how to do that, have a look at our DEDICATED ARTICLE. (fresh windows... fresh installation...)

If you still encounter issues after trying these steps, please feel free to CONTACT US! Describe the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible. It will also help our investigation if you attach a DXDIAG and an MSINFO to your ticket. (yes i did contact with support... its already 4 days when they dont answer me...)

    Amd ???

I'm like you , since the update of the 14 December my game keep crashing in MIDGAME WITHOUT any ERROR CODE , event check *Event Viewer* none a single error pop anywhere , did like you too , reinstall and update EVERYTHING and event reinstall STEAM , UPLAY and R6S **12 times ** yes 12 times and still crash for no reason and I feel like everybody who have a AMD CPU as the same issue because none of my game crash except R6S so its not a hardware probleme sound more like a coding error that doesnt work with AMD CPU , because all my friend with Intel have no trouble except us so they should recheck their UPDATE and see if it create issue with AMD CPU

I have tried all of this and still nothing. I might get a round and a half in, if i'm lucky. I have had an open ticket with ubisoft since Thursday.... They closed the last ticket i had with them in 2016 so i made a new one...

ok so disabling SMT solves the problem for sure you can do it in the BIOS while booting your pc if you cant see the BIOS startup selection key screen then clear your BIOS

also i do get a different issue which is causing my mause to lag but its not that often so i dont mind..

Ubisoft fix the god damn problem...

Also if you disable SMT you lose 50% of your performance on Ryzen cpu (you disable half of the threads that are active)
So it may drop fps depending on your PC specs i get from 20 to 30 fps less when SMT is disabled.

Conclusion. if you have a bad pc you may try it but dont expect anything amazing from it since it decreases perfomance.

I have a similar problem, but it crashes after a few minutes of gameplay, and freezes my entire computer. The crashes only happen on Rainbow 6.
Unfortunately, my motherboard doesn't have the option of disabling hyperthreading. So far I've tried reinstalling the game, cleaning out my computer, ccleaner, defraggler, and verifying game files.

    My specs:
    Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3
    Intel i5 6400
    8gb ram
    Palit gtx 1050ti Dual OC 4GB gddr5
