Ads not giving rally tickets! | Forums

I only get rally tickets about 1 time out of every 10 videos I watch, and I am mad! I watch them and they all give me ways to click to close them, but it does not seem to register anything, over and over again. Different videos, but same problem. Sometimes I get a video that works but it’s not worth the trouble!

Does this happen to anyone else?

Yes! Same thing happens here. But even worse; I lost 1000 gems because of them!!

I was the owner of 1010 gems, some of which I have paid for. Today I was watching adverts for free Dakar tickets. The first ad gave me 3 tickets (Dakar ad). The following 2 ads didn’t give me tickets, and then the game crashed (sound started to stutter and game hung).

I opened up the game again and I see that I’ve lost 1000 gems!! Only 10 gems left. I checked the Dakar event and I notice I have 494 tickets!! Even though I never bought any. I don’t even need to buy them cause I’m already in the top 1%!

And even then it still doesn’t hold up: you can buy 200 tickets for 250 gems. I have 494 tickets and lost 1000 gems! All because of this stupid bug.

Redlynx give me my gems back!

I'm about to delete this game over watching adds and not getting rewards, not just tickets, I have watched hundreds of stupid adds for games I will never download, with no coins, gems , or tickets, plus the sites you go to get gems don't reward and you get 100 spam emails a day, free my ***, seems like game developers care more about getting paid than providing good game play, would be happy to watch adds if I got my rewards, and just to let Ubisoft know , when you mess with me I boycott your advertisers, peace

Over the course of the day I have watched 6 adds. 3 for two tickets and 3 for 3 tickets. NONE gave any tickets. I have very little time each day to play this game so this amounted to a monumental waste of my time. Not spending gems on rally tickets it’s been hard enough to get 1% each week so I rely on these bonus tickets. Please fix this issue if we are going to be subjected to these ads or please go back to fuel.

I watched 2 adverts tonight when the guy popped up offering me 3 tickets each and got the tickets at the end of each ad.

Im on iOS if that helps.

Same here. Starting with the current leg, in total today I have watched 4 ads offering 3 tickets and 3 ads offering 2 tickets and have received none.
In some cases the game freezes after an ad is done and I have to close and reopen, while other times the ad closes normally after it has finished but I just don’t get any tickets.

I am on iOS 11.2.2 and this is not the first time I have posted about not receiving rewards.

Same here. The issue has gone progressively worse over atleast a few months I think. I’m certain that if there is an App Store popup at the end (the one you can scroll down and has a ”Done” link at the upper left), no tickets will be received.

If the game seems to freeze on a white screen after an ad, just keep tapping the upper right corner as if there was a close button. It does close after 5 seconds or so and the game continues.

Then there are the adds that don’t start but the game freezes immediately when tapping ”Watch Ad”.

I’m pretty sure the companies that pay Red Lynx to get their ads to show in the game should learn that watching their ads either won’t give the promised rewards, or sometimes crash the whole game. Help me gather a list of the ones that hasn’t worked atleast twice, and I’ll start sending feedback to them:
- BarbarQ, Brutal Age, My Hospital, War Robots,

If the ad comes up with a box in the middle that says “done” then you get an x at the top right these do NOT give tickets. If the ad doesn’t have the box in the middle and only gives an X in the upper right these will give tickets. All previous round I was able to get about 70% of the tickets. Now I am lucky if I get 10%. I have tried completely closing game and opening with no luck I let the game run without a complete closure and this makes the game crash. At this point i have given up and will keep my fingers crossed for 1% without this little bit of extra help. I am using IOS 11.2.2 on an iPad Air 2.

This is basically the same for me as well (and I am also on IOS). I have had 10-12 in a row of these "box in the middle that says done" ads... and wasted 10-15 minutes with nothing to show for it. these were (some of) the apps in the ads that behave badly:
- Kick the buddy
- MMX Hill Dash
- Dan the Man
- Bowmasters
- Pixel Gun 3D
- CATS: Crash Arena Turbo Stars
- War Robots
- Gymnastics Superstar
- Lords Mobile
- Summoners War
- SUP Multiplayer Racing
