I just finished placing my order for Wildlands DLC given that it's on sale and when I checked out I reviewed my order it was all okay. Once the order was processed it said I had purchased the full Wildlands game again for $40!?

The kicker is, I still don't have DLC and the policy is apparently no refunds on digital items. I've opened a ticket, but I'm wondering if there is any other way? I don't see why you can purchase the same game twice anyway!?
