Constant Random Crashes on AMD Ryzen, CAN YOU FIX UBISOFT?? | Forums

Hi Ubisoft,
Please fix the issue with Rainbow six seige anyone with AMD that has SMT enabled experiences crashes after about 5mins of play. I dont want to leave SMT disabled as i want that performance the rest of the time.
Please fix this immediately, as it is super annoying having to turn SMT off when i want to play Rainbow six seige.
This is ridiculous that it is not fixed yet. This game has been out for years now....
Please please please fix this right away.

AMD Ryzen 2600+ Pinnacle Ridge
X470 AORUS Ultra
BIOS F3
16GB Trident Z 3200mhz CL14 Dual Channel
Gigabyte Radeon RX Vega 64
Windows 10 Home 1809 x64
Catalyst 18.12.3

I will try the new Radeon update for 19.1.1 but it may not fix it.
I know if i disable SMT Rainbow Six Seige works, but this is super annoying....

Hi Ubisoft,
I was wrong. SMT is already disabled. This has broken then recently with a recent update. as before it was working if I had SMT disabled. You are going backwards.
What the heck is going on?????
SMT before used to allow me to play and now I cannot even finish one round!!!!
Please tell me what I can do?
I just updated to the latest Catalyst 19.1.1 and tried again and it did it again.

Please can you do something about this?

@dunx1001590 I do see you had a ticket open a few months ago regarding crashing in Siege. Are you able to update that ticket with a fresh copy of your MSINFO files? Let us know once you've done that!
