Over the last week or so COOP has randomly launched *with no action from me*.

I've been happily playing SP when all of a sudden: LOADING SCREEN?! It drops me into a 4-man coop session?!

This has happened when I've been AFK - pressed ESC key while I did other things - after a while head player voices?!!!! It had dragged me FROM THE MENU SCREEN into a COOP session.

I need a way to TOTALLY turn off the MP side of WILDLANDS till this is fixed!

Any intelligent ideas on how to achieve this gratefully received.

Also, apologies but if a MOD can move this to a more appropriate forum that'd be grand.

Its an auto search option you need to turn off, also this issues would be better discussed in general discussion rather in the PVP Ghost war general discussion.

You might need to set your squad to "invite only" because it defaults to open to public. This is done at the lobby screen where you see yourself on the buggy.

If it's open then other players can just randomly join you through co-op matchmaking and when they do your AI squad disappear and a stranger (or friend) joins you on the map. If you launch into the game with your squad set to open then this can happen without you doing anything. SP is in effect exactly the same mode as co-op, your AI team popping in and out as others leave or join you.
