Hi all, I hope you can help.
Long story short, I'm disabled and I need to use specific keys in-game. I've started the game and have been able to bind most keys, with two critical exceptions - the 'app menu' key and the 'right windows' key. (These are the two keys on the right of the keyboard between the ctrl and alt keys) When I try to bind these to an action, the game simply does not respond. It's as though I'm not pressing the keys at all.
Any advice appreciated. I'm quite comfortable with editing config files or running macros but can't seem to find any config file holding keybinds and am wary of using macro software as I know it can be used to cheat so often earns a ban (I've also read that the software bypasses macro software).
I have logged a support case but haven't heard back yet, so I thought I should reach out here also.

I can't seem to get the game to let me bind certain keys also. It does the same thing, just sits there and doesn't register any keys with certain actions. Looks like this:
