I have same problem qith this config:

CPU - Amd ryzen 5 1600 3.4 Ghz
RAM - CORSAIR 2x4GB DDR4 3200
MB - MSI B350m Mortar
GPU - RX 580 4GB OC Sapphire nitro +
HDD 1TB

after 4 days they close your case, you have to reopen it, i will recommend to use chat instead of the other options, so go to support update your case and start the chat, good luck

But my ticket is still open and I see the option to close my case.
