    Two years later, same problem

    I encountered the exact problem today on my switch.
    Customer service told me to reinstall, which I did. The problem still exists. They told me to watch the forum and wait for a patch, but after two years it would be naive to believe there will be one for this, wouldn't it?

    Welcome to the forums, Antoha_2La - that sounds really frustrating that your game won't load. Can you answer the questions below for me, so I can investigate further?

    • Have you gone through our Switch Troubleshooting Guide? Most of it won't be useful here, but do please make sure to power cycle your Switch (that's the second step on the guide).

    • Were you on the main menu for a long time before loading the save? We've encountered an issue with this. Please make sure to load your save promptly after launching the game. Does that solve it?

    • What's the exact error you're getting when trying to load your game? If you could send me a screenshot, that'd be very useful.
