    Two years later, same problem

    I encountered the exact problem today on my switch.
    Customer service told me to reinstall, which I did. The problem still exists. They told me to watch the forum and wait for a patch, but after two years it would be naive to believe there will be one for this, wouldn't it?

    I'm sorry to hear this happened to you. Have you got the game fully updated?
