Just came across a bug/glitch where my character was missing/invisible during the extraction cutscene of the Deserter mission.
I have repeated the mission a couple of times to try and figure it what is causing it but couldn't find a solution, the character sometimes pops in and out of the cutscene, literally turning invisible while the cutscene plays, or is missing during the entire cutscene.
Things i have tried:
-changing my outfit
-resetting the FOV to default (0%)

I had same issue, only for one late game cut scene after 1.8.
I thought it may have been because I had a ghillie suit on as next scene it wasn't equipped and scene played out fine though it sounds like that isn't your issue.
Is it only the one cut scene or multiple?

so far only this one cutscene as far as i know/noticed
