So in no particular order, here goes:
Having to swipe to place characters, and only being able to swipe (drag, whatever you want to call it) is counterintuitive to pretty much most other mobile games that I have played. Furthermore, you tap to change your NK appearance, but can only drag to change outfits. It's a small issue, but there is still no reason for it.
Card scaling is horrible. As I currently hover around Rank 25ish, I see just how strong Commons are compared to higher rarity cards. Now L/E/R cards shouldn't automatically overpower C cards, but the ridiculous amount of cards and materials needed for higher rarities to keep pace with Commons is simply absurd. This is especially true for Epics and Legendaries as those cards in and of themselves are extremely hard to get to begin with.
The glitches and the rampant cheating going on for as long as they have is another sore point. This game has been in beta for a while as I understand it, and there are far too many bugs/glitches for what is supposed to be a finished game. True, games like this constantly change and evolve, but this game still feels like a beta and not a finished version. And the cheating issues that still exist are ridiculous and should have never been allowed to happen in the first place. Why use client side instead of server side?
The placement of cards in their respective arenas is also off. Sure, you just moved PC Principal up in arenas, but this does no good for those who have to face players who already have him and have no appropriate counter. MBP is another issue. Now I'm not saying he isn't beatable because he is. But some of the best counters for him aren't available for several ranks after MBP is obtainable and it makes for unbalanced gameplay. Really, IMO, the entire placement of characters in arenas and when they are released needs looked at.
The shop is a mess and anyone who takes a minute to do some basic math can clearly see that gold packs are a better value than purple packs.
I also don't like the way that some special offers are done. Some of them are obtainable with in game cash, whereas others are only available with yet investing more real world money. So if I invest $50 on in game cash, I can't use it for some special offers, which means that I need to spend yet more money even though I just invested $50 into the game. Yes, I realize that some other games do this as well. But those special offers are actually worth purchasing in those games because you are purchasing what is actual in game content (cards, items to level), in game currency (coins for leveling and some in game purchases), as well as in game currency bought with real money (for more premium items). So it makes it worth it to spend additional money on the special offers, because they are actually, well, special.
The truth is I could probably rant on for another five or ten paragraphs, but I've covered what is truly bringing this game down the most for me at the moment.
I love South Park and I really enjoy this game and see its potential, but if the devs aren't taking these issues to heart (I have read the forums and a lot of others feel the same way) then they are going to start losing the playerbase.
