Hi, I'm creating new thread because @CaptainWeelie didn't reply to my last pm. Today I wanted claim my rewards in MC but I got never ending loading, so I restarted TF and got this:

I’ve requested so many times to be given the track Rabbit Hell from the Egg Hunt event and have never heard one word from them. It’s hard to believe they are allowed to treat customers as they do. Issues effecting multiple players can go unanswered for weeks sometimes months. But if the money keeps rolling in there’s little incentive to change anything which is what their ultimate goal is. If they were once passionate about their game they no longer seem to be. That’s what it feels like from my point of view.
