I've had a lot of broken match ups, but this one is the worst and it put me straight into it. It wasn't fun for either team.

This game is losing its fan base because of the poor matchmaking. As previous posts indicate, players are either fighting against uneven skill levels or players fail to find any match. This game has so much potential that is at risk due to its poor matchmaking engine.

We've made some recent changes to matchmaking that should improve this, but there are some situations where you may be matched against higher / lower players. At this point, how often would you say this is happening? I'll have the team go back and look for any issues and hopefully improvements.

3/4 games are like this for me and I've played over 100 games since mmr reset I think it's bugged

I heard that matchmaking is based on your K/D? is that true?

If so, its good for Duel mode, but I think for Dominion and Tribute, its best if the matchmaking is based on the Gear Score

Its just frustating when trying out new hero we keep bumping to high gear score players.

When solo searching my chances of finding a match are much greater. When grouping with friends the success rate is unacceptable. In other words, I spend more time in the menu searching then playing with friends.

Since we are all experiencing difficulties finding matches (especially in group ques), why not add a reconnect option? This would allow for friends to rejoin .... Let the bot fill in for 2 mins b4 the spot opens for other players. Right now I'm trying to play with a group but one of us has failed to connect the last 6 matches or dropped midway thru. This is very frustrating as my friends and I just got the game and we are stuck solo searching.

i don't think there are enough players left for a proper matchmaking. we don't even get people from opur region, players from eevrywhere with bambus internet.
