I'd get a kick out of Professor Chaos making a warcry, and if Gen. Disarray is on the field, he says "Simpsons did it".

Professor Chaos Butters: Should be a legendary. How about making it a roulette thing as in stick of truth?
Deathwish 1: chaos cloak! invulnerability for all allies for 2 seconds(drow elf kyle charged).
Deathwish 2: hammer of chaos! Full Screen Freeze Ray and 25 damage lasting 2 seconds (like stan's.)
Deathwish 3: lifedrain: 40hp drain from close proximity. If he can drain life equal to his max hp, he revives.
Deathwish 4: chaos blast close proximity blast for 60 hp(like barbrady's deathwish)
Deathwish 5: chaos storm. Creates a storm cloud who goes over 5 cards and casts mini lightning for 20 damage and a total of 5 lightnings/or lasts 15 seconds Can target allies.

General Disarray: He uses tools in games. How about make him a flying dougie unit? He has a cape like superman it'd look so cool.
