Merry Christmas, or Happy Holidays if you prefer.
I would just like to add my voice to the request to have the option to turn off the auto shoulder swap of weapons. This has caused undue issues during combat. I have looked out a doorway or window, clicked to shoot or lob a grenade, only to have it switch on me such that I shoot into the building rather than out the door/window and lobbing a grenade into the building you are currently occupying does not usually end with favorable results. This has happened when I was not even in cover. I go to shoot, whether I aim down sights or shoot from the hip, and it will swap on me, causing me to miss as the target is no longer in my sights. These occurrences are common enough to be quite a hassle. As some may like the auto shoulder swap, I suggest having the option to disable it installed within the software. I feel there has been enough voice from the community to warrant this addition.
Also, I have yet to hear back from my previous thread concerning bugs I have made video recordings of.

Again, thank you for your time and efforts.
Dear gods, yes!
I just bought Wildlands and I totally love it! Except this auto shoulder swap thing, which is driving me crazy!
I'm right handed and my right eye is the dominant one, so I would ALWAYS shoot from the same side every time, unless there were some awkward corner I needed to shoot from. As soon as I'm done with that awkward corner I'd switch back to my preferres side. That should be the only logical way.
Why can't you take some ideas from your own game, Division, where it works perfectly! There you switch hands if you shoot over an edge or around a corner, but you always switch back afterwards again, unless you actively choose to switch sides. And my finger is going sore from repeatedle pressing Mouse3 over and over again every fight.

Ow yes yes yes, I thought this game had a lot different keybinding but i just came off of Shadow of War and OMG, they hard coded multiple non related things to each key, took me about an hour to get a comfortable set up.
But yes the Switch Shoulder Auto function was prob quite good in early testing mainly because the game was tested straight forward and not for anywhere near the length of time we play the game for and its me get caught a few times trying to peek round a corner when all i want to do was set back a bit and you just turn round and stick your butt out for all to shoot.
Hello, I've yet to receive any response on this posting as well as its directed link concerning bugs and such.
That would be a real nice addition. I have been having the safe problem myself. It caused me to die a lot of times mid combat, due to the shoulder aim side suddenly switching, without a proper reason, and has been really annoying me. @Ubisoft, please add the function to disable it!
