If i unlock a item with the character im playing Tier 1 im i going to be able to use it with another character?

To explain:

We can have 3 different saves/characters so lets say that i play with character 1 and i unlock the operator bandana, but i want to start a new campaign with character 2, will i have the items unlocked ? Or it only works with one character?

Tier 1 unlocks are sadly just for the character save that unlocked them. I don't really get why Ubisoft made this decision, since weekly challenges are account bound and not restricted to the save, but with Tier 1 you have to get through the grind each time... complaints have not been adressed by Ubisoft.

every character is independent of the other so if you do a challenge you going to have to do it with all 3 characters in order to get that reward for each character, same goes for tier one, the only thing that accumulate with the 3 characters are the stats with is stupid but is in the "vision" of the devs and the task force challenge, i have 3 characters and i have to do the challenges with each one otherwise i not get the reward for each one.

Nope, weekly challenges like shop items unlock through all characters (and I think even for DLC...but I would have to start the game - and then the DLC content which would cause another loading of the game - to check it out for sure, so I ain't going to do that. But I am quite certain).

Yeah, I think it is only the Tier 1 specific unlocks and the game unlocks (boss weapons, pick ups etc) that are specific to a particular game save slot. Anything unlocked through the store or weekly challenges is available on your account and so each save slot gets them.
