So I am confusion. Someone explain.
W-w-what is up with the different versions of the game? I mean, like, I have the standart edition of the game. So far so good. Now, the issue is, how do I get all the DLC operators? I only see the option to purchase the 'Year 2 Gold' version or complete edition that includes said season pass.
But what about the operators from the first season? How do I get them?
Or do I get them with my purchase of the 'Year 2' pass?
And if so, does that mean that if I get the 'Year 3' pass for my standart edition I get all the operators that have been out already (16 in total I believe) including the ones that are coming soon (so, 16 + 8 = 24 operators)?
AMERICA EXPLAIN.

If you have the standard edition already, then go for the R6 cred route. 5 bucks a pop max for the DLC operators if you buy R6 by the 600. That works out to 40 bucks for each season. A season pass gives you 8 ops for 30 bucks.. 40 bucks for the same 8 ops bought with R6 creds..for a difference of 10 bucks between the two systems. Sounds like a 'you snooze you lose' deal to me. Funny enough, and there is no way to do this otherwise, but I actually bought renown with my season pass (I already had the ops bought with renown..so I actually bought 200,000 renown with my season pass purchase. Sneaky huh).
At this point, it may be better to wait for the complete to go on sale?..or simply spend 5 bucks at a time and earn as you learn. Use Renown wisely at this point. Dress your ops and see how long it takes you to reach the 25k mark. You have a choice at this point..renown for fluff and $ for ops..or drain your renown account for ops.
There is no way to bypass the grind. There is a time-value that Ubi placed on renown..and you can not avoid it.
You don't get the Y1 + Y2 operators with the Y3 season pass. You only get Y3 ops with Y3 pass.
If you want all the DLC operators you have several options
1. Grind renown and spend time, not money
2. Purchase the Y1 and Y2 operator bundles with R6 credits
3. Get the Gold edition (only has the Y2 season pass/operators) so you'd have to still purchase the Y1 operator bundle
4. Get the complete edition (has all the operators, but Y2 vip will be over Feb 7th so the value you gain is less)
Depending on what you already have, how much you're willing to spend, and what you're looking to get out of it - I suggest you go through the different options and see which one best suits you.
ALSO - let's try to be helpful AND not name-call in here please - thanks.
