Lol, imagine that.
Honestly I'd rather if the entire playerbase just gets 100,000 Steel giveaway at the official dedicated servers launch. For several reasons.
- We stayed here with all the connectivity issues since launch. And many other issues too.
- We still love the game.
- We were denied many Steel and XP gains through disconnects, errors, crashes, etc.
- We're honestly not properly rewarded per-match and we're forced to never skip orders because with each daily orders you skip, you lose a ton of Steel. And many of us just can't afford playing daily.
- We're often forced into PvAI where we get even less and less Steel and XP.
- Accumulating Salvage which cannot be traded for Steel, is a waste of Steel. Give us Steel instead when dismantling gear.
- F*k microtransactions, they won't encourage a bigger playerbase at all.
- This might certainly encourage past players who left For Honor to return to the game, if they hear of this, AND dedicated servers. Players who previously had accounts and stopped playing long ago will receive the reward should they return to For Honor.
- The company literally loses nothing by giving in-game Steel to players. They're not paying 1 extra penny.
