My Progress is gone - after Shutting down Google play and SPPD | Forums

i was about to play SPPD by clicking directly into my team roster (via the button on front page of phone) it went to a loading screen and did not progress regardless of how long i waited.

i forced shut down the game and google play

i turned everything back on and loaded south park, it was back to Default with tutorial and all my progress was gone.

My ingame Name was Killaim (maybe Kill Aim)

the name the "wrong" game has is Killaim01 - so clearly something is up.

i tried to switch my google accounts on googleplay but nothing helps.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing difficulties, redwind85! I see your account under Killaim01, but I don't see anything under the other two names. Are you sure you're logged in with the same Google Play Games account you started the game with? I'll look into this further, but in the meantime please contact Ubisoft customer support for additional assistance. They can be reached here: http://support.ubi.com/.

hey i was preparing my infomation for my support ticket. and i have sent it off (but dunno when they will respond)

but i was looking through my accounts for infomation to give them


My two accounts has names and it rang a bell the last one.

Killaim01 <--- the one my current game says it is (despite what ever account im logged into)


TheKillaim <--- very sure its this one i need to somehow log into, just does not happen.


can you see the account TheKilllaim ? i think that is the correct one. especially when i look into the achievements list on that account it has a ton of the south park phone destroyer achievements.

would be nice if you knew anything thanx.
