With the introduction of the frost wind festival we get new gear for our beloved characters.
My question is, if there might be a way to at least get a chance of changing a legendary (green) hilt into a let's say epic (gold) hilt. Because I don't have every character maxed out and I would love to get those weapons for diferent characters too. I know the stats wouldn't be the same but i guess while converting low items into high end items the stats already given could just go along with it? (don't know if people can follow me here). It would be awesome. Another possibility would be of course making the items of that festival availabe forever. But I don't think that's gonna happen.

The suggestion of making Change Look possible across different tiers has been brought up before, and I heavily encourage the idea. It's one of the design issues that this game suffers greatly from. And there are a ton other things but I won't bring them up now.

Also, Change Look only copies the cosmetic; if you want to invest in gear stats, you'll want to go through several Change Look scenarios. I usually always keep a desired 'preset' look at a given tier, just for its looks. Whenever I loot a better gear than the one I'm currently wearing, I equip it and do a Change Look based on the desired preset which I keep stored in my inventory. It's not ideal, I know; but it's the best way to take care of your desired appearance without loosing all your valuable cosmetics in this mess of a RNG-fest.

During the last Warriors Den, they brought up an issue about inventory limit, and also concerning lower-tier players who would like to have the Frost Wind look applied on higher-tier weapons when they reach high tier. They suggested you keep the Frost Wind weapons stored. Don't discard/salvage them.

I'd love a system like World of Warcrafts Transmogify.
It saves the appearances you find and they can be applied to any weapon / armor.
So when you go to Change Look you could select from a list of appearances you've already found.
This would solve the inventory problem as well.

I'm a collector and I like having complete sets, be it a weapon or armor, but there simply isn't enough room to hold everything. A system similar to this would be nice.
