Update 11.2.1 broke app for my iPhone
I recently updated my iPhone to the latest 11.2.1, and the game does not go past the initial load screen, upon loading the back ground screen remains, and the app crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling and re-installing but it has not resolved the issue. Please help I’ve invested a lot of time and potential funds into this game because I enjoy it and now I’m at a loss. The Christmas event is upon us, it would be a shame if I missed it.

Sorry to hear that, Skanye! There may not be enough available storage on your device- have you tried clearing some space? If that doesn't help, please contact Ubisoft customer support for assistance. They can be reached here.
