I randomly found Rigged Roadway (that one track where the Agent broke down during the race) in the Bunker. Is there any way to unlock it on the map? I got a really bad time since I got the mantis and it is a very long straightaway and I want to get a better time with my KTM.

No, it's not possible. And correct name for this track is "Rigged Roadway". It's added as new PVP-only track like Sine City, Bunnyhop and Hill Climb. It was announced on the official FB page of the game:

Also best bike for it is Phantom. This track have universal tier like other bunker tracks.

@ecinrun, it’s now a Bunker-only track, you won’t be able to get it on the World Map.
