Hi my game automatically updates,. Tried to play this afternoon but it’s just stuck with Kenny or Kyle and a sign saying update to play,. But my game updated automatically earlier today,. Iv tried searching for a new update and tried the turn off phone but still stuck

I just logged in multiple times and it is saying the same thing. I also have automatic updates and have tried restarting my iPhone. Can we reinstall the app or will I lose saved data?

Hello! Please open the App Store on your device, and tap the Updates icon at the bottom of the screen. You should see an update available for South Park: Phone Destroyer, and you can update the game manually from there! You may need to pull down to refresh the Updates page.

You can also uninstall and reinstall the game to resolve this issue. Your game is tied to your Game Center or Google Play Games account, so you won't lose any progress. I hope that helps!
