    Revenge parry doesn't knock down...

Parried Aramusha before he got rock steady...

I might be wrong, but I think Zerk's side dash attack hit the Aramusha during the latter's stumble animation, and thus prevented him from falling.

It makes sense for incoming enemy damage. Otherwise, if you were to keep falling whilst the enemy flailed away at you, the parry punishes would get ridiculous in ganks.

But for friendly damage this doesn't make much sense, I agree. I think enemies should continue stumbling and falling down even if they receive friendly damage during the animation.

There is an argument in that this could add a new layer of skill to the game, where high-level players would intentionally hit each other to prevent enemy punishes - but the game's lock-on system and latest fixes to 'unlock tech' actively prevent that and make hitting your teammates a pretty awkward affair. So I'm voting for removal of friendly damage as a trigger that prevents you from falling where you otherwise would fall.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the aramusha has a feat that prevents him from being unbalanced. So it's likely he had that equipped. I personally think it's a stupid feat since it just about entirely negates the danger of being out of stamina.

Look at the aramusha.... He only has 1 feat.... so this is invalid.

Not even close to invalid. One broken feat can mean all the difference.
