I have been reflecting on this modifier all week long. I don't understand how anyone would think to be staggered by explosives is fun. It's not. It's infuriating and annoying. After numerous complaints by the community asking stagger to be remove from the game. you would think the devs would not add it back in the game. Being stagged left and right does not make gameplay fun or fresh. You and your team getting staggered through a wall because a design decision is quite infuriating. I rather had the npcs implode after being hit by sustained fire instead of this delay of explosives dropping after npc is killed. In most situations, you are not able to chain the explosive to do damage to npcs because they would sprint across the area and they are not in blast radius. Half of the time, the modifier does not have affect to the npcs. It was not like this on the pts. GG to whoever thought this was a good idea.
