I am constantly receiving the DELTA C-1-200 error when attempting to start the game. I have followed every step in the Connectivity Issue pinned thread.
I have additionally uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and proceeded to make all of the below changes a second time.

If you are experiencing connectivity issues (Mike or Delta errors) please read and follow these steps first:

Next please can you disable and the enable UPnP on your router. Please make sure to reset your router and try the game each time you change this setting.
If you still cannot connect please flush your DNS cache:
a. Click Start
b. Enter cmd in the Start menu search box
c. Right click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
d. Run the following command: ipconfig /flushdns
Next change your DNS to the google DNS 8.8.8.8. NOTE: before doing this note down your current DNS so you can revert back to this if this does not work:
