    Save GE caches???

I couldn't take the disappointment last night so I decided not to open any of my caches. I have about 8 GE and a TON of field proficiency. Is there any benefit or reason to save these until after the GE ends? I read something about the drop rate for classy being increased after GE ends. Any truth?

The GE caches are already locked into what they are.

Field prof caches are determined when you open them though.

    No, no truth to it.

The GE caches will still only have the possibility of dropping the 4 Classified Sets that were released with the GE Strike event. The proficiency caches still have the same (I believe) 3% chance to drop and exotic or classified gear that they always do.

It can be beneficial however to max out your GE credits to 10,000 as they do carry over to the next event. If you are interested in the last 4 sets that will drop with the Ambush GE Event you will have 10,000 GE to spend the minute it begins to buy caches with.

Yeah, next one is a good one!!! Gonna really grind that one.

Do they always have Lexington to farm in every GE? Been running with randoms and earning at a decent rate.

Oddly enough, I saved about ten GE caches for 1.8 to drop (from the last GE).

I didn't get a single exotic from 1.8...however, I think I got about 18 pieces of Classified from 10 caches, completing a couple of my sets.

    Weird.
