Hi Ubisoft,

I do understand that this is an excellent way of making money, that is, providing an overpowered unique character that everyone will purchase. However, you've reached diminishing returns at this point. What I mean to say is, the degree to which you make money on selling steel for people purchasing and upgrading their shaman is going to begin being offset by individuals like myself, and a few of my friends, who will be leaving the game if it isn't made to be more balanced again. The shaman is objectively superior to the other characters by a large margin. I don't feel a need to detail the imbalance here, surely you're well aware.

Fix it.

P.S. I understand you probably have inner department conflicts when it comes to deciding what to do in situations like this, but I suggest you stop listening to the guys that tell you they know what they're doing and listen to your clientele. Additionally, there is this thing called quality control I'm not sure that you are utilising to the degree you could be. You may want to look into it further, It's what sets apart successful companies from companies that are awkwardly absorbed by successful companies.

actually the shaman is fun as hell! i really hope all the new heroes are as fresh and killer as she is. i don't want to see new heroes not evolving. obviously ubiquitous has learned lots since the first heroes and i don't think they should keep making sub par heroes. they all need to be killer like the shaman. I'm actually enjoying the game much more playing her and the new heroes because they have more variety and thats what i like. people don't want to keep playing heroes like the originals. buff up those and focus on all the new heroes being rad like the shaman!!

Tegardng balance and this game generally: EVERY HERO SHOULD HAVE THE SAME TOOLS, spread into different speed/power/reach levels.
Only then, will the game be balanced and enjoyable.

I enjoy playing Kensei, but anyone telling me he got the same tools as warden or shaman, is idiot.

This is one of the reasons i, now, only olay this game as a "pass the time" thing, half an hour a day...

And still. Who ever sais that, Shaman, is ballanced / funn to play / not over povered, os clearly blind. Or a shaman player. And im not saying this just because of the 5rend, but shes CLEARLY OVER POVERED, more obvious even than the centurion. Multiplied by 9...

Anyway at the rate this game is improoving, this would be a TRUE GOOD GAME TO PLAY in late 2019.
