I choose my character and was waiting on all the teammates to appear on my screen however only myself (Shaman), the peacekeeper, and another Shaman showed on my screen but the 4th member was missing and was not showing

i pressed the options button to see if the game was still loading and functioning but just taking its time. The options choices did appear and were working fine. Even the map review worked without me having to press the options tab,..at first. once i left the options screen the map review icon disappeared completely. Even when i pressed R2 nothing happened. once i opened options i could then use map review icon legend.
In options all the other Hero options row and tabs could be accessed however we could not quit to world map. It was grayed out.
Time 5:35pm
The match still has not started. The players are not frozen in place but we are still missing the fourth member. I had to leave so i turned my system off.
