    Predator's Mark Rework (Vamperic)

    After using Predator's Mark 6 piece for a bit, I've determined that even though the damage on the bleed can be really good, the survivability is non-existent when compared to other gear sets. Because of the 9k Stamina requirement, you can only rely on Med Kits and the Support Station for healing. The only way I can see Predator's Mark viable is in a group setting with a dedicated healer. Although, that's not necessarily a bad thing, I think that there was a really big missed opportunity at making this gear set immensely better.

    The idea that I have is reworking the bleed and making it more of a Vamperic Set. Let me explain...

    Reduce the damage on each bleed but allow up to three bleeds per target (6 piece only). Make it so each bleed tick gives the user X% back in HP from the damage done by the bleed. Applying the third bleed on a target would refresh all other bleeds on the target.

    Med Kits would cleanse two bleeds per use.
    Immunizer would cleanse one bleed per two healing ticks.
    Adrenaline would make you immune to all bleeds for 7 seconds. (This talent does not work with the current 6 piece Predator. This needs to be changed!)

    The set would basically be a D.O.T. (Damage Over Time) set. The goal would be to apply three bleeds on a target and switch to another target and attempt to get three bleeds on that person. This would allow the Predator user more survivability while also doing damage through the bleeds while also gaining HP back per X% of the damage dealt per tick (up to three different bleed ticks per target). Shrapnel would only spread one bleed around, not all three.

    Obviously the bleed damage would be toned down from how it is now, considering you can now apply three bleeds per target. But applying three bleeds should do about as much damage as a strong Predator's build would do right now with the single bleed. But in this instance, the user is now gaining HP back per tick of bleed per target. Every 20 shots after all three bleeds are applied on a target would refresh all bleeds and have a chance at a Shrapnel proc.

    Honestly I don't like the idea, the game already has some pretty far fetched gimmicks in it that don't have any real justification in the lore so suddenly having a vampire ability just doesn't sit right with me. That and the Pred having a weakness is a good thing, trying to make it even more powerful is not going to fly well with most people.

    Well, it wouldn't be a "Vampire ability" per se, just wanted something to explain it easier. As for the power, you would be reducing the damage of the bleed for health return per tick of bleed. Obv, one bleed would heal for very low. I was thinking, comparing to Striker, one bleed would heal about 0.01% of max health, two bleeds 0.05% three bleeds 0.10%. And every bleed after three (when shrapnel proc's and other target focusing, you would only get 0.02% for each bleed thereafter).

    And of course these numbers are completely random. Just trying to explain my thought process.

    Survivability is non existent? How much do you want, if its spec'd correctly you have minimum 9k Stamina which puts you in the top tier of survivability . I had no plans to run this set but it was the first one i got a 6 pc of and I can tell you, it turned me into a PVP monster because of the surivivability and i dont even really PVP but that gear set is tough to beat IMO.

    I've been using PM almost exclusively to clear pve content. I have an mp5 w ferocious, predatory and destructive that basically keeps my healed or close to healed. I just have to kill npcs fast enough. would love a gun with determined ferocious and destructive to go with it

    Over the weekend end faced a team of 4 all with pred and the house. They seemed to survive very well and little we could do to stop them. Cause by the time you discovered they were there, you died from the bleed effect.

    The bleed is real!! Its a Monster in PVE as well, had fatties bleeding for 400k at times.

    This can be done already and here's how:

    Get yourself a Caduceus with Vicious & Self preserved

    Mod it like this:
    Magazine: Rate of fire main,ammo cap + crit chance minor.
    Foregrip: Crit damage/Reload speed/Stability grip to your liking..
    Muzzle: Crit damage main
    Sight: Crit Chance main

    Try and aim for 6000 stamina and split the rest between firearms and skill power as you see fit. Every crit will net you self preserved and caduceus. Don't feel like you have to go full stamina even a 4800 Stamina build will work fine. Pulse and Booster Shot.
    Dump your mag into one target and move to the next target, try and have as many targets bleeding crits for a constant stream of health.

    This build revolves around the power of your Pulse and Self preserved, skill haste,Crit damage or skillpower on your gear items. Be careful not to waste crit chance over the cap of 60%

    I like using my classy pred with a warlord. I use sustained predatory on it. On my gear i use all health on kill with health bonus. My mods are electronic skill haste just for slightly better skills. Works good in pve. Iv tried it in pvp but never had a good chance at see how well it fairs since its been me and 3 others vs typically against 1 or 2 players. Just hope they dont kill this set with nerf. Like the idea of rework for 6 peice
