I have been having an issue when I am zooming using any scope and any weapon. Essentially, the game unzooms, rezooms, then unzooms again meanwhile I have not changed the pressure on the right mouse button. Using a corsair M65 mouse. This also occurs in The Division, but no other game outside of UBISoft specific games. There is no driver updates for the mouse and it works perfect with other games, even R6 Siege.
It occurs when in and out of cover. When ever I zoom in with the weapon, it will unzoom, rezoom, unzoom - all at the worst times, like about to hit a head shot.
Any suggestions? Thank you. I have verified files. All other drivers are up to date.

Hey SoulMaTri,
Can you confirm if you have any other peripherals plugged in? (controller, drawing tablet, etc).
If you do, can you please unplug them and let me know if this issue persists?

No other peripherals are plugged in.
Using: Keyboard, mouse, HyperX Headphones, Logitech speakers.
Seems to occur when a target is in my scope at rest and when trying to move for a better position. Does not occur when there is no target in the scope. Will try to see if I can record a video.

Within the 1st 30 sec you can see as I scope in on the Unidad soldier, it zooms, unzooms, rezooms. Then I clearly let go of the mouse button and run to the Right. Later in the video by the helicopter, I had the right mouse button down the entire time to make the shots. Same issue occurs.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled mouse drivers as well. All drivers are up to date. All systems verified. Windows 10 up to date.
